Where do you source your raw material.
We are using raw materials both from domestic and overseas market.

Our products are isolated from fusel oil by fermentation from corn cob,cassava,sugar cane.C14 naturalness testing application can be submitted with charge if required.

Is your material approved by any third-party audit?
Licensed ISO22000.

Yes.including 3 parts: 1. Sampling charge: usd100/10 ml,2. freight rate usd100/0.5kg parcel,3.operation charges is refundable from 2nd order usd200/bill

What is your term of payment?
Payment in advance.Negotiable for 3years account.

What is your MOQ?
Sampling from 3ml to 20kgs by courier; sea shipment 180kgs net min.Kindly suggestd 8 barrels x 180kgs in 2pallets are economical for sea transfer.

How long is your delivery time?
lead time for dangerous cargo is 2 weeks including DG paperwork, lead time for non DG is 1 week.

How long can we get BL and shipping docs?
Copy of BL is available when vessel departs，original full set of shipping docus are available in 3 days of departure，extended in holiday

How can we know the date of Chinese holiday?
Long days:Spring festival end Jan to early February,lasting 7-15days;Mid Autumn day & National holiday from Oct 1 to 7
